One-sentence summary: The people who are willing give more than what is needed for the work of building the tabernacle, and all the gifted and willing artisans complete the work just as God commanded Moses.
Bezalel and Oholiab and all the gifted artisans that God has gifted with wisdom and understanding for the work of the sanctuary do all according to how God commanded Moses, "all those whose heart [is] stirred to do the work." And the people offer "freewill offerings every morning" of the materials need, and so much is brought that Moses commands that no more be brought, because there is too much. So the gifted artisans do the work of building the tabernacle.
Then Bezalel makes the ark and the mercy seat according to all God instructed Moses. He also makes the table with its utensils and the lamp stand. He makes the holy anointing oil and the pure incense of sweet spices, and the altar of burnt offering. He makes the lever and the base of the altar. He also makes the court with its many pillars and hangings. So the tabernacle of the testimony is built "according to the commandment of Moses for the service of the Levites by the hand of Uthman son of Aaron the priest. And Bezalel, son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, does all the Lord commanded Moses along with Oholiab, the son of Ahisamakh, of the tribe of Dan, an engraver and designer and weaver.
All the gold used is 29 talents and 730 shekels, the silver is 100 talents and 1,775 shekels, the bronze 70 talents and 2,400 shekels. And 1/2 a shekel is given from everyone 20-years-old and above of 603,550 men for the maintenance of the tabernacle of meeting. (A shekel is 11.34 grams, and a talent is equal to about one million dollars!)
